Our entry-level programs are designed to nurture your career and personal development as a future leader.
Northparkes offers a range of apprenticeships, graduate programs and traineeships. By employing people in entry-level roles, everyone benefits. We gain a fresh perspective and unique contributions to our business – we also gain a diversity of ideas and experience.
Our program participants have the opportunity to learn in an industry setting, and benefit from tailored programs designed to enhance their technical and leadership skills.
Similarly, our scholarship programs provide financial and practical support to students who will go on to contribute to our local community, and perhaps one day join the mining industry.
Northparkes also partners with Universities to offer work placement opportunities onsite. Students return to university having completed their required workplace training, with a good understanding of the mining industry.
