Northparkes announces successful Community Investment Program applicants

CMOC-Northparkes Mines (Northparkes) has announced the latest recipients of its Community Investment Program. Northparkes runs its Community Investment Program twice a year, with $40,000 donated each round, and at the discretion of an independent committee.

In this round of funding, 19 initiatives from across Parkes, Forbes, Peak Hill, and Trundle received support. Northparkes Managing Director Jim Fowler said, “We are pleased to be able to support such a wide range of programs in this round of funding.”

“Northparkes is proud to support the community in which we live and work. By funding initiatives which support culture, sport, health, music and more, we know the Community Investment Program will benefit many people in our region. We hope to see a continued strong number of applicants apply throughout this program and we look forward to hearing about the various successes and outcomes.”
